The lens flare effect is created using an MOV file included in the After Effects project.
The lens flares were originally created using the external "Optical Flares" plugin,
and this composition is also included.
If you have this plugin, you can adjust the lens flares using the "WAVE_COMP_plugin_ver" composition.
If you don't want to change the length or timing, simply swap the photos and text and render.
If you want to adjust the timing or apparent length of the photos and text, you can do so using the edit timing feature.
